All parcels are shipped in secure, unbranded packaging (Jiffy bags, boxes, or envelopes). Orders are fully trackable, and no signature is required upon delivery.

We offer shipping to the UK, Ireland, Europe, and worldwide.
Order Processing and Delivery Time
Order Dispatch: All orders are shipped once payment is confirmed.
Delivery Time:
Most orders will arrive within 1–3 business days.
For remote locations, delivery may take up to 5 business days.
Priority Shipping Options
We ship via EMS, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and TNT, offering a variety of services:
Signed For 1st Class Delivery (fully trackable, no signature required).
Express Shipping: Delivered overnight (within 24 hours).
Standard Delivery: Typically delivered within 3 business days.
Delivery Estimates
Orders placed by 4:00 PM EDT, Monday–Saturday, will be shipped the same day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 4:00 PM EDT will be shipped the next business day.

South America, Asia, Canada, Europe, UK, UAE: Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not been delivered:
Within 5 working days (US)
Within 7 working days (rest of the world),
please contact us with your order ID and tracking number, and we will investigate the issue.
Returns & Replacements
In the rare event that you receive the wrong product or an order does not meet your expectations, contact us immediately. We will arrange an exchange once the incorrect product is received and verified.
Note: Due to the nature of our business, once your order has left our facility, no refunds or returns are permitted. All sales are final. You may cancel or amend your order before dispatch. Cancellations are subject to a 10% surcharge.
International Transactions
Some transactions may be processed internationally. If your credit or debit card is set for domestic use only, the payment may be declined. We offer various payment options to address this issue.

Guaranteed Delivery (Tracked Orders Only)
If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days, you qualify for a free reship (tracked orders only).
If your parcel is confiscated by customs, we will reship your order discreetly.
Exclusions: We do not offer a reship service to Norway, Sweden, Finland, or Kuwait due to higher customs risks. Orders from these regions are placed at your own risk.
